This Mock Loan Signing Session allows you to book one sixty-minute one-on-one virtual mock loan signing appointment via Zoom. This session can be used at any available time (you will be sent a link to book your Zoom session appointment after your purchase of the Mock Loan Signing Session). The protege will be sent a mock loan signing packet prior to the appointment to print out and use for the session. The Mock Loan Signing Session will be executed in two parts; first the protege will sit as the part of the signer(s) and the role will be reverse and the protege will sit as the Loan Signing Agent and facilitate the mock signing. This session and mock loan document package is designed to evaluate the protege’s overall loan signing appointment execution and identify areas of improvement. All one-on-one Zoom sessions are recorded and you will receive an action plan at the conclusion of your Zoom session.
